The SAA15 lower receiver, forged from robust 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum by Cerro Forging and finished with a Mil-Spec Type III Class 1 anodization, weighs in at a mere .55lbs. Enhanced features include threaded components for the bolt catch, rear takedown pin, and upper receiver adjustment, ensuring a precise and secure fit.

The upper receiver, also crafted from 7075-T6 forged aircraft-grade aluminum by Cerro Forging and finished to the same Mil-Spec standard, features M4 feed ramps for reliable feeding and a 1913 Picatinny rail for versatile optic mounting.

The heart of this rifle features a bolt carrier group constructed from domestic aircraft-quality 8620 steel, with a 4130 steel gas key secured with Grade 8 screws and properly staked. The entire assembly is full auto-rated and finished with a Nickel Boron coating, known for its exceptional smoothness, reduced friction, and heat dissipation. The bolt itself is made from C158, with a 4140 steel extractor, Mil-Spec O-ring and gas rings, a 4140 steel cam pin, and a hard chrome/ground 8740 firing pin. The bolt is MPI tested and shot peened for enhanced durability.

The trigger assembly is the Bravo Company Manufacturing PNT Trigger Assembly. Precision machined from MIL-SPEC AISI8620 investment castings, the PNT undergoes a 3-step heat treat and case hardening process. The hammer and trigger feature polished sear engagement surfaces, an electroless nickel finish with embedded Teflon particles, and BCM’s impact-resistant trigger and hammer pins. The disconnector is stamped from 1070 steel, fine blanked, and double disc ground for a clean reset. This assembly is part of a more comprehensive BCM lower parts kit, which also includes: a BCM Mod 3 pistol grip, grip screw and lock washer, BCM enhanced trigger guard, trigger guard pin and screw, a 90-degree Ambidextrous safety, safety detent and spring, bolt catch, bolt catch plunger and roll pin, magazine catch and spring, pivot and takedown pins, pivot/takedown pin detents and springs, buffer retaining pin and spring.

The Ballistic Advantage 16" 5.56 Government Profile mid-length barrel is made from Chrome Moly Vanadium steel with a QPQ corrosion-resistant finish, a 1/7" twist rate, and a .750" gas block journal. It is paired with a low-profile stainless steel gas block, a nitrided mid-length gas tube, and an AR15 stainless steel three-port muzzle brake kit.

Completing the build are an ambidextrous charging handle, an ambidextrous safety selector, a BCM Mod 3 pistol grip, a Bravo Company Manufacturing Mil-Spec carbine stock hardware kit, and a Mission First Tactical BATTLELINK Minimalist stock. Bravo Company Manufacturing PNT Trigger Assembly

The Bravo Company Manufacturing PNT Trigger Assembly is precision machined from MIL-SPEC AISI8620 investment castings. The PNT then undergoes a 3-step heat treat and case hardening process for optimal grain structure alignment, yielding a stronger and more wear resistance product.

In another 3-step process, the hammer and trigger are finished. In the first step, polishing, the sear engagement surfaces are ground, then hand polished for increased smoothness and reduction in friction up to 300% beyond MIL-SPEC.

Next, an electroless nickel finish is applied for a smoother trigger pull with a crisp break. Nickel also provides a long-lasting finish that will not corrode, rust, or discolor due to oxidation.

Finally, Teflon particles are embedded in the nickel, further reducing the friction of the interface and ensuring a long-life for the coating.

This assembly includes BCM’s impact resistant trigger and hammer pins. They are centerless ground to a fine finish and superior tolerances to ensure compatibility with all MIL SPEC lower receivers.
The disconnector is stamped from 1070 steel, fine blanked for cleaner edges, and double disc ground to precise size. All hammer engagement surfaces are also ground for a super clean reset.
